  • 1 lb of shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 package ranch dressing seasoning
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 package oversized tortillas
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese to taste


  • In a large skillet over medium heat combine olive oil, peppers, onion, pepper and salt.
  • After a few minutes add in shrimp
  • when shrimp is almost cooked add in package of ranch dressing seasoning (you may need to add in a small amount of water to thin out the mixture)
  • when shrimp is cooked through and veggies are cooked, put some of the mixture on a tortilla with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream for the perfect shrimp fajita
