- 2-16 oz cans pork and beans
- 1-16 oz can kidney beans, drained
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- Brown beef and drain. In separate bowl, mix all other ingredients together. Add beef to this mixture and mix. Put in 9x13 pan and bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
NotesA great take-along! When I'm taking for a crowd, I double the recipe. I don't care for plain pork and beans, but this is a hit wherever I take it.
