RANGER COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shortening
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream shortening and sugars. Add eggs and mix. Add flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda and mix. Stir in oatmeal, Rice Krispies, and chips. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
