  • 1 peeled and slice kiwi
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed pineapples
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberies
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup pineapple sherbet
  • 2 cups crushed ice

Directions

  • Blend til smooth.

Notes

Good for sour throats.
