Raspberry Chipolte Freezer Jam
1 (1.59 oz) Pouch Ball Fruit Jell Freezer Jam Pectin (found at Wal Mart)
1-1/2 cp. sugar
2 - 3 chipolte chiles in adobo (found at Wal Mart in Mexican Food Isle)
4 cp. crushed frozen raspberries
Combine pectin and sugar. Stir until blended. Set aside.
In blender, puree' 2 - 3 chipolte pepper and 3 tablespoons of adobo sauce. (This is all in the same can).
Add crushed raspberries.
Combine puree, raspberries, and pectin. Stir for 3 minutes.
Serve immediately over cream cheese.
