Raspberry Mallow Pie
35 large marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
1 pkg. sweetened frozen raspberries (10 oz)
1 carton frozen whipped topping, thawed (8 oz)
1 graham cracker crust (9") (I would bake this, it would be easier to get this out of the pan.
IN large microwave safe bowl, combine marshmallows and milk.
Cover and cook on high for 30 to 40 seconds or until marshmallows are melted. Stir until smooth.
Stir in raspberries.
fold in whipped topping.
Pour into crust.
Chill until set.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
This recipe was tested in a 1100 watt microwave.
