2 cups Bisquick® baking mix
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 packages 8 ouce cream cheese, softened
1 cup chilled whipping cream
1 package 10 ounce frozen raspberries, partially thawed
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix baking mix, granulated sugar and butter until crumbly. Press in ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2". Bake until light brown, 10-12 minutes. Cool completely. Beat powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Beat whipping cream in chilled bowl until stiff. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Crush raspberries to a pulp, using blender or electric mixer. Swirl half ot he raspberries through cream cheese mixture; spread over baked layer. Gently spread remaining raspberries over top. Cover and freeze until firm. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before cutting.
