Ingredients

2 cups boiling water
4 raspberry zinger herb tea bags
2 cups sugar free ginger ale, chilled


Pour boiling water over tea bags; cover and steep for 5 minutes.


Remove tea bags from water, squeezing gently; let tea cool. Stir in chilled ginger ale. Serve in chilled glasses with ice and a sprig of


fresh mint.


Per serving: 2 calories, 0.5 g carbohydrate, 22 g sodium - Free exchange for diabetic.

Another low calorie recipe. Great "treat" when the sweet tooth wants satisfied! I am a big fan of tea, herbal or not, any time of day.
