RASPBERRY-FLAVOURED YOGHURT POPSICLES
- 1 pint/about 500 ml natural yoghurt
- 6 tbsp preferably home-made raspberry cordial
- 6 tsp raspberry jam (adjust according to how sweet you want them to be)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Mix all ingredients together. Freeze in popsicle molds, that's it!
ps: A funnel may prove useful for filling molds:)
