RAW BANANA ICE CREAM

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup of raw almond milk

Directions

  • Cut up the bananas and blend until smooth.
  • Add in the almond milk until creamy.
  • Allow to set up in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

Notes

I love ice cream but have a difficult time with it considering I'm slightly lactose intolerant. So I thought, what better way to make a healthy snack ever so indulgent? Bananas whipped together in a blender and frozen is just the thing!
