REBECCA'S CORN PUDDING

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1 cup half and half

Directions

  • Melt butter in baking dish. Mix in corn, flour, sugar and salt together. Add eggs, mix. Stir in half and half and mix well. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour without covering.

Notes

This is the recipe of one of my husband's great aunts. She brings it to all of the family reunions.
