Red Wine Sauce for Roast Prime Rib
1 cup dry red wine
2 cups beef broth/dripping from roast beef
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp Worcestershire
1 tbsp water
Mix broth, pan drippings and wine. Boil in a saucepan until it is reduced by half. Then add remaining sauce ingredients. Granish with rosemary.
Serve sauce over meat and enjoy!
