Red Wine Sauce
2 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup red wine
dash of salt & pepper
In saucepan over low heat, melt butter.
Stir in flour with a whisk.
Cook over low heat for three minutes, stirring constantly.
Gradually stir in milk and wine, whisking constantly.
Cook over low heat for 3-5 more minutes until sauce begins to thicken. Season to taste.
