RED WINE VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 6 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh herbs, such as parsley, chives or dill (your choice)
  • pepper to taste

Directions

  • Place the vinegar in a small bowl. Whisk in olive oil and season with salt & pepper. Add herbs, cover tightly and refrigerate.
