- 2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
- 6 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. fresh herbs, such as parsley, chives or dill (your choice)
- pepper to taste
- Place the vinegar in a small bowl. Whisk in olive oil and season with salt & pepper. Add herbs, cover tightly and refrigerate.
