"Sweet and creamy redskin fudge"

Serves 20 | Prep Time 10 mins | Cook Time 20 mins - 1/2 hr

Why I Love This Recipe

My nan gave me this recipe this redskin fudge was my very first attempt to making fudge ever.

It's quiet sweet and you can truly taste the redskin


Ingredients You'll Need

25 red akin sticks
1 tin condensed milk
350g dream white chocolate block/s
1/2 tspn red food color ( I use ameri color or master chef brand)


Directions

Turn your slow cooker on high
Once heated ,
Place all ingrediants into slow cooker
Stir constantly every 5 -10 mins
Until thickened
Place grease paper into tray
Your choice of sized tray.
A thin baking tray for thin fudge
Or a deep baking tray for a thicker fudge.
Pour mixture into tray place in fridge for 2 hrs or until firm.
Remove from fridge remove fudge using grease paper and cut to bite size pieces to serve.
