Reduced Fat Sundried Tomato Cream Cheese Spread
16 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
1 clove garlic
1/3 cup sundried tomatoes
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp salt
Pour boiling water over sundried tomatoes until just covered, let sit 10 minutes, then drain. In a food processor, pulse garlic and tomatoes until chopped. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until just combined.
