REDUCED FAT SUNDRIED TOMATO CREAM CHEESE SPREAD

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/3 cup sundried tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Pour boiling water over sundried tomatoes until just covered, let sit 10 minutes, then drain. In a food processor, pulse garlic and tomatoes until chopped. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until just combined.

Notes

I love all of the gourmet flavored cream cheeses that you find in the trendy bagel shops now, so I decided to try a few recipes of my own. They are so easy, and when you make them yourself, you can control the amount of fat and salt or sugar!
