- 16 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/3 cup sundried tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pour boiling water over sundried tomatoes until just covered, let sit 10 minutes, then drain. In a food processor, pulse garlic and tomatoes until chopped. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until just combined.
