Refrigerator Peanut Butter Pie
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter- I use natural/ organic bc it seems to work better and not be as sweet when added to all the sugar in the recipe
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
miniature reeses peanut butter cups ( or sometimes I use a mixture of chocolate and peanut butter morsels.)
Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and peanut butter together until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
Place the remaining whipped topping over the top of the peanut butter mixture and garnish with the peanut butter cups or morsels. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving

My maternal Grandmother ( "Moms") was a master of all pies. This has always been one of my son's all time favorites.
