4 small cucumbers, sliced (do not peel)
1 or 2 sliced green peppers
1 large or 2 medium sliced onions
1 Tbs. Salt
Combine in non-plastic bowl and let stand one hour.
Dissolve 1 ¼ cup sugar in 1 cup vinegar over medium heat.
Sprinkle 1 Tbs. Celery seed over cucumbers and then pour vinegar and sugar.
When cool, put in fridge and let stand at least overnight.
