- 1. Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat.
- 2. Crack open eggs in bowl, add sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Beat eggs mixture in bowl until well mixed.
- 4. Pour into skillet and cook turning occasionally until eggs start to turn brown and there is no wetness.
