REGULAR SCRAMBLED EGGS

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 2T sour cream
  • salt & pepper
  • olive oil

Directions

  • 1. Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat.
  • 2. Crack open eggs in bowl, add sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
  • 3. Beat eggs mixture in bowl until well mixed.
  • 4. Pour into skillet and cook turning occasionally until eggs start to turn brown and there is no wetness.
