Regular Scrambled Eggs
2T sour cream
salt & pepper
1. Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat.
2. Crack open eggs in bowl, add sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
3. Beat eggs mixture in bowl until well mixed.
4. Pour into skillet and cook turning occasionally until eggs start to turn brown and there is no wetness.
