1 Pkg. Vimco Spaetzle noodles, cooked 5 minutes
1 can cream of celery soup
21 oz. can sauerkraut
1 C sour cream
1 C chopped onion
2 12-oz. can corned beef or 1 1/2 pounds of deli corned beef diced
12 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
10 slices of rye bread cubed
Mix cooked noodles with cream or celery soup and spread in a 9 by 13 baking dish.
Rinse and drain kraut, add onion and micro for 3 min.
Add sour cream to this and spread it over the noodles.
Layer on crumbled corned beef, shredded Swiss, and bread cubes.
Drizzle butter over top of bread layer.
Bake covered 350 oven for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
NOTE: Bread may be spread with butter and, or mustard before cubing. If you do this omit drizzling butter over all in the last step.
