RHUBARD UPSIDE DOWN CAKE

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups cut rhubarb
  • 1 (3oz.) strawberry jello
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups minature marshmallows
  • 1 box white or yellow cake mix

Directions

  • Put rhubarb in a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle jello and sugar over rhubarb then marshmallows. Prepare cake mix according to box directions and put on top of marshmallows. Bake according to cake directions.
