RICE KRISPY COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) margarine
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 3-1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions

  • Mix the margarine, oil, brown sugar and egg in a large bowl. Beat in the flour, salt and soda. Stir in the Rice Krispies, oatmeal, coconut and chopped nuts.
  • Roll into balls and flatten with a fork on cookie sheets.
  • Bake at 350 for about 10-12 minutes.
