- 1 cup (2 sticks) margarine
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 3-1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 cup Rice Krispies
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- Mix the margarine, oil, brown sugar and egg in a large bowl. Beat in the flour, salt and soda. Stir in the Rice Krispies, oatmeal, coconut and chopped nuts.
- Roll into balls and flatten with a fork on cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350 for about 10-12 minutes.
