- Preparation Time:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6-8 diced mushrooms
- 5 green onions, sliced thin
- 2 cans beef bouillon
- 1 can water
- 1 cup rice (NOT minute rice)
- Brown rice in butter. Add onion and mushrooms; cook until tender. Add bouillon and water. Put into 1 quart casserole and bake at 350 deg for 1 hour.
- When serving with chicken, use chicken bouillon.
- Serves 6-8
