RICE PILAF

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 6-8 diced mushrooms
  • 5 green onions, sliced thin
  • 2 cans beef bouillon
  • 1 can water
  • 1 cup rice (NOT minute rice)

Directions

  • Brown rice in butter. Add onion and mushrooms; cook until tender. Add bouillon and water. Put into 1 quart casserole and bake at 350 deg for 1 hour.
  • When serving with chicken, use chicken bouillon.
  • Serves 6-8

Notes

This rice is SO moist and flavorful!
