RICE PUDDING

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 TBS melted butter
  • 1/2Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp salt
  • 2 Cups Cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 1 Tsp pure Vanilla
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg

Directions

  • Beat Eggs ,Add milk sugar,butter, Vanilla and Salt. Stir then add raisins and Rice. Stir well.
  • Pour into buttered baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg
  • Bake 350 for 35 minutes or so
