Why I Love This Recipe
This is one of my husbands' favorite recipes. I still laugh thinking of his father eating it for the first time. He had never had Rigatoni before, and after his first bite, he was in heaven. His face lit up and he closed his eyes and just sighed. Fond memories indeed.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 box Rigatoni Noodles - cooked, drained
1 pkg Pepperoni
1 lb Ground Beef - cooked, drained, seasoned with Italian seasoning
1 pkg Mozzarella Cheese
1 pkg Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1-2 cans Spaghetti Sauce
Chop up most of pepperoni into smaller pieces.
Throw cooked meat, cooked pasta, sauce, chopped pepperoni, and a bunch of cheese into bowl and combine.
Transfer mixture to baking dish and top with rest of cheese and uncut pepperoni.
Cover with foil if dish does not have a lid.
Bake at 350 for roughly 30-40 mins to melt the cheese throughout.
Optional: Onion, Mushroom
