Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple cider, chilled
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions

  • Prepare in under 10 minutes. Combine all ingredients in a blender, cover and blend until smooth... Serve immediately.
