50 g rice
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1/3 pint water
carrots, peppers, mushrooms, whatever else
1 tsp butter
put the rice in a pan, add the vegetables and tumeric, add the water bit by bit until most of the water is absorbed, then leave to simmer until the rice is cook, usually takes about 15 mins, at the end stir in the butter until it has melted.
