RITA’S AVOCADO JELLO SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg lemon jello
  • 1 C boiling water
  • 1 C mashed avocado
  • 1 C mayonnaise
  • 1 C sour cream
  • Juice of lemon to taste
  • Pinch salt

Directions

  • Make jello following directions on package.
  • Let jello set somewhat.
  • Then add and mix avocado, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
  • Add lemon juice and salt to taste.
