1-1/2 lbs round steak, cut in pieces
2 C stock
Salt
1 lb mushrooms
Pepper
large onion (chopped)
1 T flour
1/2 C sour cream
2 T butter
Directions
Brown flour in butter
Work to a smooth paste
Stir in stock gradually
Bring to a boil.
Add mushrooms.
Sear meat in butter with chopped onion.
When brown, put pieces of meat in sauce
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add sour cream
Heat and serve.
