RITA’S RICE PILAAF

Ingredients

  • 3 C rice
  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 6 C broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

  • Melt butter.
  • Add dry rice (wash and dry well).
  • Brown well until butter begins to bubble.
  • Add broth and seasoning.
  • Mix well.
  • Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • Take out of oven.
  • Mix well.
  • Bake for 15 minutes more (if done, don’t cook as long).
