RITA'S ARTICHOKE DIP
- 2 cans of drained artichoke hearts, mashed
- 1 cup grated cheddar or longhorn cheese
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 pkg Italian dressing(good seasons)
Mix together, sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Bake at 350 for about 30 mins
We had this at our last Wine tasting party, it was so good with any wine we had. Our host served this with toasted baguettes.
