RITA'S ARTICHOKE DIP

Backstory

We had this at our last Wine tasting party, it was so good with any wine we had. Our host served this with toasted baguettes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of drained artichoke hearts, mashed
  • 1 cup grated cheddar or longhorn cheese
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg Italian dressing(good seasons)

Directions

  • Mix together, sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Bake at 350 for about 30 mins
