BackstoryWe had this at our last Wine tasting party, it was so good with any wine we had. Our host served this with toasted baguettes.
- 2 cans of drained artichoke hearts, mashed
- 1 cup grated cheddar or longhorn cheese
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 pkg Italian dressing(good seasons)
- Mix together, sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Bake at 350 for about 30 mins
