- Cooking Time: 8hours
- Servings: family
- Preparation Time: 10min
- 1 roast
- 4 potato's sliced large
- 3 carrots chopped large pieces
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- 1 clove of garlic chopped
- 1/2 cup beef broth could use water in a pinch
DIRECTIONS
place everything into slow cooker
cook on high for 8 hours
take out and put roast on plate
put carrots and potatoes on bowl
serve
