Roast Garlic Chicken
1 whole broiler/fryer chicken
2 Tbls. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. LAWRY'S Garlic powder with parsley
2 tsp. LAWRY'S sessoned salt
Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice, garlic powder and seasoned salt over outside and inside cavity of chicken. Spray 9 X 13 inch baking dish and roasting rack with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken, breast side up, on roasting rack. Roast in 400 degree oven until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear when cut (175 to 180 degree at thickest joint), about 60 - 70 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
