Roast Honey peppered Duck Breast

Ingredients

duck breast
honey
salt and pepper


score the duck


season it with salt and pepper


put the skin-side down on a pan (1-2 pre-heated)


reduce the fat slowly, pouring it away as it accumulates


cook till it is nice and crispy


add honey to it and season it


put it on the oven on 200 degree for about 7 min


rest it for 7 min



pak choi veg in the same pan


add some salt, wine, and honey


roast it in the oven for 6 min


put it on the stove and grill both sides


serve it on the plate



the pan with all the residue, add some water to it


and butter, stirr it and use it as sauce
