Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients

1 pound asparagus (try to get young/baby type)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper


Remove tough ends of the. Mix everything in a large bowl and toss asparagus to coat with mixture. Place asparagus on a cookie sheet and drizzle with remaining sauce. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, turning once.
