Ingredients

  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 cups plain yogurt, prferably low or full fat, NOT no fat
  • 1 clove garlic, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste

This could also be used as a dip with bread or crackers. Roasting the peppers makes them very sweet.
