Roasted Chicken and Onions

Ingredients

1 -3 pound whole chicken

2 large onions, cut into rings

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt


Combine dry ingredients and rub over chicken. Arrange chicken and onion slices in roaster. Roast at 350 degrees for approximately 90 minutes or until juices run clea
