Roasted Green Beans
1 pound fresh green beans, ends cut off.
1 Tbsp olive oil.
Salt and Pepper.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. (yea I know it seems hot but trust me.)
Spread the beans out on a baking pan.
Drizzle the olive oil over the beans and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Use a pair of tongs and move the beans around to coat them with the oil and salt.
Before putting them in the oven try to get them into a single layer as best you can.
Bake them for 20 minutes or until they start to get brown in spots.
Half way through the baking, use the tongs again to move them around on the pan.
