ROASTED ORANGE WEDGES

Ingredients

  • Navel Oranges 2
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Basil
  • Pepper
  • (All herbs as per taste)

Directions

  • Cut oranges into wedges. Coat with spices. Roast in oven for 15 mins or so, till they become puffy and slightly roasted :) sprinkle more salt as per taste and serve hot. Serves as a good and healthy side dish for any meal.

Notes

We were tired of eating raw oranges, and we thought we'll try this experiment on them.
