Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
1 1/2 to 2 cup cleaned and dried pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons olive oil
sprinkle salt to taste
Place seeds, oil in ziplock bag.
spread onto a cookie sheet and salt to taste. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
