ROASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 cup cleaned and dried pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • sprinkle salt to taste

Directions

  • Place seeds, oil in ziplock bag.
  • spread onto a cookie sheet and salt to taste. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Carving pumpkins and roasting their seeds are a childhood memory. Now my girls and I are carving pumpkins and they are learning to roast the seeds. Enjoy
