ROASTED SESAME ASPARAGUS

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches thick asparagus, ends trimmed, cut into 2-inch lenths
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • Coarse Salt
  • 1 1/2 tesp sesame seeds

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a roasting pan, toss asparagus with oil; season with salt. Roast 10 min, turning the asparagus halfway through.
  • Add sesame seeds and roast until the asparagus is lightly browned and tender, about 5 min more.

Notes

Such an easy way to make asparagus and looks a little fancy too!
