Why I Love This Recipe

For when you've finished carving your jack-o-lanterns and don't know what to do with all of the gross guts and seeds.


Ingredients You'll Need

-1 1/2 cups raw whole pumpkin seeds
-2 teaspoons melted butter or olive oil
-sea salt to taste


Directions

1) Preheat oven to 300 F


2) Toss the seeds in a bowl with the melted butter/oil and add a pinch of salt


3) Spread the seeds on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they're golden brown
