RECIPE BACKSTORY
I learned to make guacamole dip while in high school working for a Mexican restaurant, where I continued part time through my first two years of college. Turns out working in the food service industry is a STRONG motivator to finish engineering school. Lots of times people wouldn’t show up for work, so I could pretty much work as many hours as I wanted. This recipe tastes great and is very easy to make!
