Ingredients

½ Banana ½ cup Mango (fresh or frozen)
2 cups Spinach 3 Kale leaves
2 T. Chia seeds 1
T. Coconut oil
1 cup Coconut Water
1 cup Spring or Purified Water
1 T. Bee Pollen
2 T. Whey or Hemp Protein Powder
1 t. Cinnamon ½ t. Cardamom
½ t. Sea Salt ¼ t
8 drops Vanilla


Place the banana, mango, kale and spinach in the blender. Pour the coconut water and spring water on top of the fruit and veggies. Blend until smooth. Add the chia seeds, coconut oil, green tea powder, vanilla stevia, cinnamon, cardamom and sea salt. Blend thoroughly. Put in the bee pollen and protein powder. Finish blending until smooth. Pour, serve, enjoy!
