Why I Love This Recipe
I wanted to clean out my fridge & use some leftover items.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 small romaine leaves
1 beet (I use steamed beets in the vacuum package)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Scoop of protein powder (your choice)
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
6-7 mint leaves
Coconut water (approx 3/4 cup)
Place ingredients in high speed blender (I use Nutribullet). Blend about 45-60 seconds. Pour & enjoy.
