Romano Garlic Bread
1 Italian baguette
1/2 cup butter
4 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/3 cup grated romano cheese
Pre-heat oven to 375F.
Combine butter, garlic and basil in a bowl.
Slice the bread into 3/4" slices, at an angle.
Spread butter mixture between bread slices.
Add some of the mixture along the top of the loaf.
Wrap in aluminum foil, but leave a little slit in the top.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
