ROSE'S PASSOVER BROWNIES
Rose's Passover Brownies
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup cakemeal
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
DIRECTIONS
Cream oil and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time - beat.
Add cakemeal, salt & cocoa.
Stir in nuts (optional).
Pour into 8" pan
Bake at 325 25-30 min.
