Rose's Passover Brownies

 


CATEGORIES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cakemeal
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

DIRECTIONS

Cream oil and sugar.


Add eggs one at a time - beat.


Add cakemeal, salt & cocoa.


Stir in nuts (optional).


Pour into 8" pan


Bake at 325 25-30 min.
