ROSEMARY DEER MARINADE

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon dried minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup red cooking wine
  • 1/4 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary

Directions

  • Marinate meat overnight in gallon baggy, turning several times. Cook as you like.

Notes

My husband is a hunter so I cook deer during the season.
