- 1 4-5 pound boneless ham
- 2 stems of fresh rosemary 12 inch long, pull the leaves off.
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoon stone ground dijon mustard
- Chop and rub on ham.
- Cook in crockpot on low for 6-8 hr or until desired doneness
