Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients

1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound new potatoes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crumbled


Ingredients:


1.) 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil


2.) 2 garlic cloves, minced


3.) 1 pound new potatoes


4.) 1/4 teaspoon salt


5.) 1/4 teaspoon pepper


6.) 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crumbled


Preparation:


In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil. Add garlic and


saute about 5 minutes. Cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces.


Add to garlic and sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary.


Toss. Increase heat to medium, cover and cook about


15 minutes. Remove cover and cook until potatoes are


browned, about 4 minutes. Yield: 4 Servings.
